This website is one of a number of online resources which we have created to provide images and information about aspects of British History. We aim to offer interesting, clear images and accurate, well-written texts. Teachers and students regularly contact us to express how much they appreciate our style of presentation.

All of our sites are in a constant state of expansion and improvement.
